Data Ownership
All client, caregiver, and personal health information (PHI) entered into or generated by ProveraCare services remains the property of the respective individuals or authorized entities. ProveraCare retains rights to use such information solely as permitted under our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information accessed through the Site or services. Disclosure of sensitive or confidential information without prior written consent is strictly prohibited, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property

Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Ontario law.
